A Plan, of Sorts

It was more than a little boring staying cooped up at Irilin’s place in Orgrimmar. She couldn’t stand sitting around and waiting on others. Kezrin found herself sneaking out several times, though Grit usually ended up accompanying her.

(Though technically was it sneaking out when no one except herself was forbidding her from leaving?)

When Myzzi told her that she’d been the one to deliver the letter to TAE, Kezrin had found herself wishing she had taken the opportunity to stab him in the heart. If anything had happened to Myzzi… but no, Myzzi was safe and sound and firmly told to never go anywhere near that crazy elf again.

He hadn’t sent a reply, but Kezrin wasn’t sure if she were honestly expecting one. Still, she had done all she could on that front… he’d either accept her offer or not.

And for her other problem? That was why Kezrin was making her trip today, booking passage to Silvermoon (and relying on luck to not run into problem number one.) She finally knew what Bragdus’s ultimate plan for her was, and now she had a plan of action against it.

Step One: Figure out a way to make her useless to him.
Step Two: Live in peace.

Sounded simple enough, if you ignored the fact she had no idea how to do Step One. She had considered asking Mormel for help, but Mormel was the one kept getting tricked by Bragdus, after all. There was evidence that she wasn’t completely free from his influence.

So instead she asked Swizelle, but the mage didn’t have any idea, either. Belatedly, she wished she’d sworn Swizelle to secrecy, but what was done was done.

So Kezrin would just have to do the research herself. One of the things she’d acquired in her missing year were cards to several libraries in the Undercity and Silvermoon, and Silvermoon seemed the best place to start, since she already was familiar with the Royal Library.

Kezrin slowly smiled to herself. She had no idea how long it would take, or how she was going to do it, but it felt good to be working toward a solution.
